- Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached
- Original packaging required
- Must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase necessary

- Select “Order History”
- Choose items for return
- Print your prepaid return label (EU customers only)
- Package securely with the original packing slip
Return Options:
- Refund: To original payment method (5-7 business days)
- Store Credit: Immediate digital voucher
- Exchange: Subject to availability (contact us first)
Important Notes:
- Final sale items cannot be returned (marked during checkout)
- Swimwear and bodysuits require hygiene seal intact
- Customers outside EU responsible for return shipping
- Original shipping fees non-refundable
Damaged/Defective Items:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide clear photos
- We’ll email special instructions
Return Tracking:
- Monitor your return via carrier tracking
- Allow 3 business days for processing after arrival
